Clinics retain responsibility for the medical context in which Frederick Recovery is deployed.
Where applicable, Frederick Recovery operates as a service provider or processor supporting the clinic’s recovery workflow rather than acting as an independent clinical decision-maker.
6. HIPAA Alignment and BAA Requests
